Helen has been working in the fitness industry for over 22 years and has been teaching Pilates for 20 years. She is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 4 Back Care Management and Level 4 Advanced Pilates Instructor.
Helen has been working at Catherine Adams Physiotherapy since 2014 and specialises in remedial Pilates focusing on modifying exercises for people with various orthopaedic conditions. The exercises are taught in small groups, in traditional mat based classes or chair based. Classes are available either by zoom or face to face at the practice.
